Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant CMMS experience in a Facilities Operations/Real Estate environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams across campuses.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily CMMS operations for all divisions including Facilities Operations, Real Estate and Housing, Environmental Services, Security and more.
• Act as primary contact for end users, MCIT, and other departments as needed.
• Lead a matrixed team of staff and external consultants to ensure system performance and data integrity.
• Maintain asset inventory, schedules, locations and equipment in CMMS across campuses.
