Job summary

Medidata, a Dassault Systèmes brand, is hiring a Facilities Coordinator for our NYC office. You will support daily facilities operations, workplace services, and administrative tasks while ensuring a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment. This role includes regional support across the Eastern United States as needed.

The position emphasizes service, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced setting, with collaboration across vendors, landlords, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5+ years of experience in facilities, workplace services, hospitality, office administration, property management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional workplace experience to employees, guests, and visitors.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for workplace services and facilities-related inquiries.
• Support office hospitality programs, employee engagement activities, and workplace initiatives.
• Coordinate visitor management and reception coverage, as needed.
• Ensure meeting rooms, collaboration spaces, and event venues are prepared and operating effectively.
• Support day-to-day operation and maintenance of office facilities and equipment.
• Monitor workplace conditions and identify opportunities to improve the employee experience.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and service calls through ticketing systems.
• Assist with workplace moves, reconfigurations, and space planning.
