Job summary

Southwest Airlines is seeking a CAFM Analyst to join a hybrid team based at our corporate office. You will support Computer Aided Facilities Management, CMMS, and IWMS systems, maintain Revit As-Built records, and ensure reliable data through collaboration with various departments and clients.

The role involves generating reports, coordinating data, and acting as a subject matter expert on CAFM processes, construction drawings, and related support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience with CAFM/IWMS/CMMS systems preferred.
• Ability to generate reports and collaborate with teams.

Responsibilities

• Stay tuned for changes and updates to the IWMS and CAFM systems.
• Combine our existing software to create a complete IWMS.
• Generate reports from the CAFM database.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to ensure reliable data that will help our clients make informed decisions.
• Provide training in a variety of ways to use technology tools.
• Manage master CAD files for industrial installations.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather data needed to improve utilization of Southwest Airlines space.
• Collaborate with teams and clients to provide reliable data that will help our clients make informed decisions.
• Act as the team's subject matter expert for CAFM processes, construction drawings, construction file management and application-related support.
• May prepare documents and lead or participate in service review meetings, assurance tests, and work with vendors and other departments.
• May perform other duties as assigned by senior staff
