Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) seeks an onsite Maintenance Supervisor in Salem, NH to lead shift crews and oversee preventive maintenance of critical facility systems. The role emphasizes safety, documentation and coordination with vendors.

You will mentor staff, ensure adherence to procedures, and participate in after-hours emergency coverage. A high school diploma plus 4+ years of hands‑on maintenance experience and 2+ years of supervision are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4+ years of technical and hands‑on experience in facility/plant/data center engineering maintenance.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilités

• Supervise and direct maintenance staff on shift and assign tasks.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs for building systems.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests with minimal downtime.
• Assist in installing, maintaining, repairing and operating critical facility systems (HVAC, electrical, life safety).
• Provide training and guidance to maintenance staff and monitor safety compliance.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, equipment readings, inventory and perform QA audits.
