Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor in Nashua, NH to lead the Maintenance Department and oversee installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility equipment and building systems.

The role requires supervising Maintenance Mechanics, prioritizing tasks, and coordinating preventive maintenance while ensuring safety and reliability. On-call, overtime, and occasional weekend work are expected to support operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Electrical license or certification preferred.
• Experience with CMMS (computerized maintenance management systems).
• Knowledge of packaging equipment and production machinery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Maintenance Mechanics; prioritize work and manage daily tasks.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.
• Schedule preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate installation, relocation, and commissioning of facility equipment.
• Liaise with vendors/contractors for service, repairs, and warranties.
