Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) seeks an on-site engineer in Salem, NH to maintain mechanical, electrical and control systems in a critical environment. The role requires working a swing shift Mon-Fri (3 PM–11 PM) with a 25 cent shift differential.

Candidates must be able to operate within safety standards and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, equipment rounds, troubleshooting and coordinating with the team to improve performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Ability to perform maintenance per SOPs and safety rules.
• Familiarity with pumps, fans, valves and motors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair and operate mechanical, electrical and power systems in a critical environment.
• Perform predictive, planned and routine maintenance and equipment rounds.
• Inspect and repair equipment to ensure safe, compliant operation.
• Maintain time and production records and respond to service requests promptly.
• Collaborate with team to improve maintenance programs and procedures.
