Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Facilities, or a related field.
• Experience leading teams in a facilities or real estate setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage maintenance technicians, mobile equipment technicians, housekeeping staff, and vendor contracts to ensure service delivery.
• Conduct regular facility inspections, safety tours, and equipment checks to verify conditions and compliance.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work assignments for teams while leading briefings and de-briefings.
• Manage facility projects assigned by Site Managers and report status to occupants.
• Maintain records including hours, budgets, inventory, and site reports; assist with budget management.
