Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school; 3–4 years related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; licenses as required by local/state.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and meet physical requirements.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety systems per standards.
• Comply with codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Manage energy programs to improve efficiency of systems.
• Participate in preventive maintenance and perform emergency repairs.
• Safely handle hazardous materials and keep a clean work area.
• Review building inspections to ensure equipment operates within design specs.
