Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to equipment and systems as part of engineering services.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations and safety policies.
• Manage energy use and strive for efficient operation of building systems.
• Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Maintain hazardous materials handling, storage and disposal per guidelines.
