Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Building Engineer to maintain and repair building systems—mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC—on-site at a large facility, with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring safety and energy efficiency.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, EPA/CFC certification, CMMS and MS Office experience, strong math and organizational skills, and the ability to mentor others in CBRE RISE values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Universal EPA/CFC certification is preferred; licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• CMMS experience and proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Strong math, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC systems.
• Support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Mentor others and lead by example in CBRE RISE values.
