Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred; additional local licenses may be required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire/life-safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and company directives related to operations and safety.
• Maintain an energy management program to ensure efficient system operation.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow policies for hazardous materials storage and disposal; keep a clean, safe workplace.
• Review inspections of building systems (fire alarms, HVAC, plumbing) for design compliance.
• Apply advanced knowledge to solve complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
• Lead by example in line with CBRE RISE values and build consensus.
• Support a range of customer, operational, and service activities within the team.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
