Job summary

The engineer will ensure systems operate efficiently, participate in a preventive maintenance program, and assist with emergency repairs as needed while upholding safety standards and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred; licenses may be required by local/state jurisdictions.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements including lifting 50 lbs+.
• Shift management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to standards.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and safety policies.
• Manage energy usage and efficiency programs.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Maintain safe storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Review building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to ensure proper operation.
• Share knowledge with team and mentor others.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values.
• Support across customer, operations, and project activities.
• Work within broad guidelines and policies.
