Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of technical building engineering experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Valid driver's license; trade licenses as required by location; EPA Universal refrigerants certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensure preventive maintenance and repair work orders on facility systems and equipment.
• Operate and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and related components in client buildings.
• Perform major HVAC repairs (compressor, condenser, evaporator coils) and major plumbing/electrical work.
• Maintain safety, compliance, and records of maintenance and inspections; assist in facility inspections and due diligence.
