Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs per standards.
• Monitor energy management and adjust equipment as needed.
• Respond to emergencies and service calls; document activities for supervisor.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness; comply with all regulations and company policies.
