Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• 5+ years in operating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Trade license/permits may be required depending on market.
• Valid driver's license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain building HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Perform routine preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Inspect and repair pumps, boilers, fans, and controls.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with property management.
