Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Building Engineer to maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, and HVAC systems at a large commercial facility. You will ensure safety, energy efficiency, and regulatory compliance while supporting preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on site.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs or more.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to building systems (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, HVAC).
• Ensure compliance with safety codes and energy efficiency standards.
• Support preventive maintenance, emergency repairs, and inspections onsite.
