Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Building Engineer to maintain and repair building systems—mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC—at a large commercial facility.

You will support preventive maintenance, respond to emergencies, and help inspections to keep operations safe and efficient. The role requires 4–5 years of related experience, a High School Diploma or equivalent, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma or equivalent experience.
• 4–5 years of job-related experience; Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) and CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Ensure compliance with IATA hazardous goods shipping & receiving regulations for air shipments of dangerous goods.
