Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience as a dispatcher or similar.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• 10-key / numeric data entry skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Calm and decisive in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Respond quickly to emergencies and urgent service requests.
• Create, route, update and close work orders in the system.
• Send work orders to outside vendors and verify completion.
• Be the point of contact between customers and facilities team.
• Gather, verify and clarify details needed to process each request.
• Coordinate with building managers and technicians to resolve issues.
