Job summary

Synergy Business Consulting, Inc. seeks a Facilities & Operations Work Order Dispatcher / Coordinator to ensure timely processing of work orders and support daily campus facilities operations.

You will serve as a liaison between customers, FAC staff, and external vendors, track order progress, and coordinate service requests to uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. The role requires a high school diploma and about one year of dispatcher/administrative experience, plus strong MS Office

Qualifications

• Education and 1 year dispatcher/administrative experience required.
• Strong MS Office, data entry, and organization skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume transactions with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to emergencies and urgent service requests to initiate work.
• Review and close completed work orders to confirm delivery of services.
• Act as liaison between customers and FAC staff via phone, email, and other channels.
• Gather, verify, and clarify information for accurate processing of work orders.
• Distribute work orders to external vendors and track completion in the system.
