• Ability to stay calm and make decisions during urgent situations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process work orders from start to completion.
• Respond to urgent and emergency service requests.
• Communicate with customers, technicians, building managers, and external vendors.
• Assign and distribute work orders to the appropriate teams or vendors.
• Review completed work and update/close work orders in the system.
• Schedule passenger vans and executive vehicles.
• Provide timely and professional customer service.
