Job summary

You will oversee maintenance programs, vendor contracts, and space utilization while driving cost-effective, sustainable solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's in FM or related field, 5+ years in facilities management, and strong project management and CMMS experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 5+ years progressive facilities management experience in commercial real estate.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety.
• Experience with CMMS and facility management software.
• Vendor management, contract negotiation and procurement proficiency.
• Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations and environmental compliance.
• Excellent project management, multitasking, and detail orientation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive facility management strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and BAS.
• Lead vendor selection, contracts, and performance management.
• Conduct regular facility inspections ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Manage capital projects including space renovations and infrastructure improvements.
• Analyze facility data to identify optimization opportunities and cost-saving initiatives.
• Coordinate emergency response and business continuity planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on workplace strategy and space utilization.
