Job summary

JLL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead a team of facilities associates at the client's corporate headquarters. You will oversee day-to-day operations, budgeting, vendor management, and performance improvements to deliver safe, clean, and cost-effective services.

Responsibilities include supervising approx. ten staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, reporting, and driving continuous improvement while partnering with the client's leadership to achieve service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of facility management in Class A space or ten (10) years in corporate environment.
• CPM, RPA or CSM designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of facilities associates delivering operations, services and maintenance.
• Develop budgets, control costs, and report regularly to client.
• Coordinate service providers, staff activities and vendor performance.
• Ensure safety, compliance and high levels of customer service.
• Drive continuous process improvement and staff development.
• Collaborate with client peers and cross-functional teams to govern performance.
