Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager for our 12-story Atlanta headquarters. You will be the single point of contact for integrated facilities management, coordinating client requirements, managing service delivery, and supporting strategic projects.

The role demands 5+ years in corporate facilities, strong leadership in matrixed teams, budget development and variance reporting, and hands-on knowledge of building systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience in corporate environments or third-party service provider roles.
• Proven leadership ability in matrixed organizations and oversight of staff and vendor partnerships.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, and CMMS/Work Order systems.
• Strong financial acumen including budget development, management, and variance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute annual facility management plans that align operations with client objectives while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Lead facility projects from planning through execution in collaboration with the PMO on capital initiatives and onsite management.
• Manage capital and operating budgets through client collaboration, financial analysis, and variance reporting.
• Monitor site performance against KPIs including energy efficiency and sustainability metrics to support the client's targets.
• Direct facilities staff and vendor activities to maintain service levels within budget and achieve high client satisfaction.
