Job summary

JLL in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Facilities Manager who will serve as the single point of contact for facility management and support the General Manager in delivering high-quality services to the client.

You will coordinate tenant requirements, lead building technicians and vendors, manage budgets, and drive cost-saving programs and processes that boost productivity while ensuring compliance with client and JLL policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Facilities Management with management/technical emphasis.
• 5+ years industry experience in corporate, third-party, or consulting roles.
• Strong leadership and management skills overseeing technical and administrative staff.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; CMMS proficiency; Corrigo bonus.
• Experience with budget development and management.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in implementing goals and projects.
• Develop and implement programs to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Manage work assignments for building technicians, vendors, and contractors.
• Lead facilities staff to meet service levels within budget.
• Oversee capital and expense budgets and coordinate with client reps.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual reports per client policies.
• Recommend capital improvements and prepare operating budget forecasts.
