Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center is hiring a Custodian for our Woodland Hills, CA campus. This full-time, onsite role involves cleaning floors, windows, bathrooms and common areas, with occasional outdoor cleaning. You will support resident spaces and aid in turnover cleaning as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
• Willingness to perform routines, repetitive tasks.
• Knowledge of floor care procedures, techniques, and supplies preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain floors, mats and carpets throughout the community.
• Picks up and removes trash and recycling from rooms and offices.
• Clean all public areas including windows; perform pressure washing of entrances and sidewalks as assigned.
• Provide preventive maintenance to housekeeping machines.
• Set up meeting rooms in various spaces as needed.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor amenities.
• Assist with resident turnover cleaning and deep cleans as assigned.
• Report damages or deficits to supervisors.
