Wisteria at Warner Center is seeking a Maintenance Technician I for its Woodland Hills, CA community. This full-time, on-site role supports the physical plant with preventive maintenance, repairs, and resident assistance.

Compensation is $28.15/hr with a robust benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, and 401(k) match; PTO, holidays, and tuition assistance support career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; technical schooling preferred.
• At least 1 year experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in commercial/healthcare settings.
• Ability to troubleshoot logically.
• Ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Strong communication in English and customer-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, plumbing, and painting tasks.
• Assist with apartment turnovers and refurbishments.
• Maintain pool, koi pond, and water features.
• Provide safe, courteous service to residents and document work.
• Follow work order process and on-call duties.
• Train staff on safety when scheduled.
• Other duties as assigned.
