Job summary

Wisteria at Warner Center provides a foundation for a caring community and a comprehensive benefits package. We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our founding team and perform preventive maintenance, basic repairs, and resident-focused service in a full-time, on-site setting in Woodland Hills, CA.

You will work with the Plant Operations Department, handle plumbing, electrical and painting tasks, and participate in on-call duties as scheduled while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• High school graduate; technical schooling preferred.
• 1 year of experience with electrical, plumbing, and painting in complex settings.
• Basic troubleshooting experience.
• Ability to operate various hand and power tools and machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs and building equipment and plumbing repairs.
• Complete apartment turnovers with minor repairs and touchups.
• Maintain pools, koi pond and other water features.
• Paint, refurbish, simple carpentry, drywall repair, and general building repairs.
• Assist residents with light tasks and safety-related assistance as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating work plans and greeting residents by name.
• Conduct on-call duty as scheduled; participate in safety trainings and follow supervisor instructions.
