Wisteria at Warner Center is hiring a Maintenance Tech II to support our new Woodland Hills campus. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and routine servicing of the facility, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, and general carpentry.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and top-tier resident service. The position is full-time and onsite in Woodland Hills, CA, with a comprehensive benefits program, tuition assistance, and a development track to accelerate your career

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical schooling preferred.
• 3–5 years in electrical, plumbing, painting and general maintenance.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Basic understanding of HVAC thermostats.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
• Clear English communication and arithmetic skills.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of the plant.
• Repair building equipment, plumbing, electrical systems, and fixtures.
• Complete apartment turnovers and minor repairs as needed.
• Maintain pool, koi pond, and lake water features.
• Provide safe, timely support with on-call rotations.
• Assist with HVAC-related tasks and equipment checks.
• Instruct residents on thermostat use and safety practices.
• Ensure clean work areas and proper incident reporting.
