Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to support a large-scale laboratory and research portfolio in Redmond, WA. You will work with Facilities Managers, Engineering, and vendors to ensure a safe, efficient workplace while onsite with the client.

The role emphasizes managing work orders, analyzing reports to identify trends, and supporting operational decisions. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential as you support a high-profile account.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with related facilities experience.
• Some exposure to finance tasks such as purchase orders and invoicing preferred.
• Must be self-sufficient, able to work independently and proactively seek clarification when needed.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard work routines.

Responsibilities

• Regularly monitor work orders to ensure timely completion and closure.
• Generate, track and analyze work order reports to identify trends and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with landlords, tenants and service providers to enforce procedures and reporting formats.
• Acknowledge and address client inquiries related to the site with prompt, clear communication.
• Review vendor proposals and department files; conduct site walkthroughs to identify issues.
