Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 5–8 years of related experience.
• Must meet physical requirements (stooping, standing, walking, lifting 50 lbs+).
• Experience guiding and mentoring staff; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong math skills for complex calculations.

Responsibilities

• Track training and development of staff; conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
• Coordinate daily activities; set schedules and cross-train staff; manage deadlines.
• Develop, implement, and communicate preventive maintenance programs and safety procedures.
• Ensure technicians have information and materials to complete high-quality work on time.
• Develop material and labor cost estimates for work orders and projects.
• Establish and maintain budgets for facilities maintenance.
• Respond to emergencies and seek help when needed.
• Apply advanced knowledge to develop better methods for objectives.
• Coach others to develop expertise across functions.
• Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values; influence senior stakeholders.
