Job summary

JLL in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Facilities Operations Manager to oversee regional property operations, maintenance, and vendor management, aligned with client directives.

You will lead a dispersed team, ensure safety, monitor KPIs and SLAs, and support cost-reducing projects while maintaining client satisfaction.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in building systems; proficiency in MS Office and CMMS is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 4 years industry experience in corporate, third party or consulting environments.
• General knowledge of building systems (mechanical and electrical).
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; CMMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations and maintenance of facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction.
• Ensure contract compliance, vendor performance, and adherence to KPI/SLA targets.
• Collaborate with Client to oversee portfolio and respond timely to issues.
• Foster teamwork within the regional account to drive success.
• Manage work order flow for maintenance and vendors.
• Enforce company policies and safety training requirements.
• Support short and long term client projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Oversee periodic on-site inspections (monthly/quarterly/annual).
