Job summary

JLL is seeking a Facilities Manager in Los Angeles, CA to lead operations and maintenance across sites. You will supervise building systems, manage vendor performance, and ensure compliance with contract terms while coordinating with site staff to deliver top service levels.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in facilities management, strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical), and proficiency in MS Office and CMMS tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Facilities Management experience in corporate, service provider, or consultancy settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for efficient operations and maintenance of building systems (electrical, mechanical, structural, life safety).
• Complete quarterly onsite inspections requiring travel to sites.
• Verify all work meets standards and service levels.
• Oversee vendor performance to contract terms and service levels.
• Manage PM work orders for inspections and maintenance.
• Collaborate with MES to deliver high quality work order performance.
• Assist in budgeting and reporting for operations.
