Job summary

JLL is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee property operations and maintenance for a regional portfolio in California. You will collaborate with the Client Facility Manager to deliver exceptional services, manage procurement, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with safety and company policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of related experience, with strong knowledge of building systems and CMMS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 4+ years of industry experience in related roles.
• Proficient with MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, Teams and CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for efficient operations and maintenance of all facility systems across a dispersed regional portfolio.
• Maintain client satisfaction by delivering high-quality facility services and supporting client programs.
• Ensure contract compliance, quality control with vendor partners, and monitor KPI/SLA performance.
• Collaborate with Client to oversee portfolio maintenance and timely operations.
• Foster teamwork within the regional team to drive account success.
• Coordinate work orders for maintenance teams and vendors; enforce safety policies and training.
• Support client programs and cost-reduction initiatives; oversee periodic on-site inspections.
