Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or trade school diploma with related experience.
• Universal CFC certification preferred; other licenses as required by jurisdiction.
• Strong organizational and math skills; ability to use MS Office suite.
• Prior shift management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire and life safety systems.
• Ensure building systems meet applicable codes and safety directives.
• Maintain and improve energy management; optimize system efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Adhere to hazardous materials handling and maintain a safe workplace.
• Review building systems inspections and ensure operation within design specs.
• Apply standard techniques to complex assignments and share knowledge.
• Lead by example and support CBRE values while collaborating with teams.
