CBRE HV is seeking a Building Engineer responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and repairing building systems across mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and safety domains. You will help manage energy usage and implement preventive maintenance to extend equipment life.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience, plus preferred Universal CFC certification.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent with 4–5 years of related experience.
• Universal CFC certification is preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Shift management or supervisory experience is preferred.

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with codes, regulations, and safety directives related to building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Follow policies for safe storage, usage, and disposal of hazardous materials; keep workplace clean and safe.
• Review building systems to ensure operation aligns with design and environmental requirements.
• Apply standard principles to complex tasks and provide practical solutions.
• Coach others and share knowledge across related disciplines.
