Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie Company, is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive adoption of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio. The role is field-based and requires proximity to the primary city, with four customer visits per day and a focus on growth through consultative selling.

The BDM will provide product and procedure expertise, work with cross-portfolio partners, and contribute to the US Sales/Marketing plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field required or equivalent industry experience.
• 3–5 years medical sales/practice management experience.
• 7–10 years business experience.
• Experience and knowledge of general marketing principles within healthcare.
• Knowledge of inner workings of physicians' practices.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Represent Facial Aesthetics portfolio to targeted customers in a designated geographic area.
• Achieve sales goals through consultative selling and alignment with US Sales/Marketing plan.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams and manage field assets and resources.
