Job summary

AbbVie, through Allergan Aesthetics, is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager for Facial Aesthetics. You will cover a designated geography, be in the field four days a week, and visit multiple customers daily to drive portfolio adoption.

Lead with product and procedure expertise for Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, and Kybella, collaborate with cross‑portfolio teams, and work toward the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan. Required: Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of medical sales; travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead adoption of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio and drive sales growth through consultative selling.
• Coordinate with cross-portfolio teams to align with the U.S. Sales/Marketing plan.
• Ensure compliance with reporting, requests and policies and manage field assets.
