Job summary

Allergan Aesthetics, an AbbVie company, is seeking a Field-based Business Development Manager to drive growth across the Facial Aesthetics portfolio in the United States. You will build relationships with aesthetic clinicians and coordinate with cross-portfolio teams to expand adoption of BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM, and KYBELLA.

The role requires 3–5 years in medical sales, strong business acumen, the ability to travel 50–75%, and residence within a reasonable distance of the primary city; four

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in health, sciences, pharmacy or business
• 3–5 years of medical sales/practice management experience
• 7–10 years of business experience
• Knowledge of marketing principles in healthcare
• Experience with physicians' practices
• Ability to travel 50–75%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of the Facial Aesthetics portfolio including Botox, JUVÉDERM, and KYBELLA
• Collaborate with cross-portfolio teams to achieve sales goals
• Provide product and procedure expertise and competitive differentiation
• Manage field assets, samples, and marketing materials
• Adhere to reporting, compliance and budgeting guidelines
• Travel as required (50–75%) and maintain relationships with key clinicians
