• Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department and ensure policy compliance.
• Manage and support all F&I software programs for smooth operations.
• Oversee and maintain the F&I compliance program across all retail locations.
• Handle admin tasks between business partners and the F&I Department.
• Collaborate with lender partners to resolve title and chargeback issues.
• Coordinate setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and training.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports.
• Assist with presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Support boat shows, events, and off-site promotions.
