MarineMax seeks a Business Manager within the Finance and Insurance Department to lead financial performance and customer experience in Oshkosh, WI. The role drives deal management, F&I profitability, and regulatory compliance while collaborating across teams to promote growth and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Promote MarineMax values, mission, and vision within the team.
• Ensure compliance with all laws/regulations and report risks to leadership.
• Implement the F&I process in every transaction and maintain F&I certification.
• Attend F&I team meetings and training to grow knowledge and skills.
• Assess customer finance needs, process credit apps, present loan options.
• Stay informed on lender programs and F&I products to align with goals.
• Build relationships with lenders, providers, and technology partners.
• Maintain daily Revenue Projection Report (RPR) for deals, deposits, and closures.
• Resolve admin issues related to products, providers, and lenders; fund loans within 10 days.
• Oversee title/registration and USCG documentation for each transaction.
• Ensure factory warranty registrations and outboard warranty transfers are handled.
• Run lost sale reports to identify refinance and unsold warranty opportunities.
• Address customer concerns promptly to maintain professionalism.
• Participate in boat shows and Getaways events to boost brand visibility.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
