Job summary

MarineMax is seeking an F&I Operations Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Finance & Insurance Department. The role requires excellent communication, strong organization, and time management to ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with lenders and teams to resolve issues, support onboarding, and maintain essential documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to the F&I Department while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
• Manage and support F&I software programs to maintain smooth operations.
• Oversee the F&I compliance program across all retail locations and partners.
• Handle administrative tasks between business partners and the F&I Department as needed.
• Collaborate with lender partners and internal teams to resolve aged title and chargeback issues promptly.
• Coordinate setup tasks to support dealership acquisitions and closures.
• Assist with onboarding new team members and coordinating training.
• Prepare and maintain operational documents and reports.
• Create and edit presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondence.
• Support boat shows, sales events, and off-site promotions as needed.
• Maintain a professional, service-oriented demeanor with customers and colleagues.
