Camping World is seeking a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our growing team in Utah. This role focuses on selecting lenders, securing approvals, and finalizing deliveries while maximizing F&I opportunities and funding efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in Finance & Insurance products, strong closing and deal-structuring skills, and the ability to train sales staff. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and broad benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance & Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience in required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Strong oral and written communication, time management, professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PV.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to all F&I office processes and flow of contracts.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with communication with the business office.
• Tracks F&I PVR, product penetration and lender penetrations.

It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the factors stated. A reasonable estimate of the total annual compensation range (base pay + variable compensation earned) is $100,000 - $180,000 or more.
