Job summary

Camping World seeks a Finance & Insurance Manager (F&I) to join our team in Melbourne, FL. You will manage lender selection, approvals, and deal finalization while maximizing F&I profits and training sales staff.

The role requires 3–5 years in F&I, menu selling, and strong closing skills, with a focus on compliance and process adherence in a high-volume auto environment. This is a full-time position with comprehensive benefits and commission opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written skills, good time management, and professional dress, speech, and behavior are required.
• Strong closing skills are necessary.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, obtains customer commitment, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVRA.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to all F&I office process and contract flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with constant communication with the business office.
• Tracks and monitors F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetrations.
• Participates weekly in sales meetings regarding F&I training and issues.
• Assists General Manager and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
