Blue Compass RV in Virginia is seeking an experienced F&I Manager to guide customers through financing and protection plans. You will select lenders, secure approvals, and structure deals that maximize profitability while delivering a smooth buying experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in F&I, strong closing and communication skills, and a valid driver's license. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and a structured career path within a fast-growing RV dealership network.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working knowledge in Finance and Insurance products.
• Menu selling experience is required.
• Business management experience in the automobile industry is a plus.
• Effective oral and written communication, good time management, and professional presentation are required.
• Strong closing skills are necessary.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to train finance and sales personnel.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Selects appropriate lender, secures approval, and finalizes delivery.
• Manages placement of contracts while maximizing F&I PVR.
• Assists sales desk in structuring deals.
• Adheres to F&I office process and contract flow.
• Manages contracts in transit and ensures funding with business office.
• Tracks F&I PVR and lender penetration.
• Participates in weekly sales meetings for F&I training.
• Assists GM and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
