Job summary

Ron Marhofer Auto Family in Canton, OH seeks an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to maximize dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant deals and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices.

You will drive PVR performance, ensure lender compliance, deliver vehicles with top-tier F&I experiences, and maintain 100% video compliance while rebuilding declined deals with Sales.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive finance management experience required.
• 2+ years of F&I management experience in a high-volume dealership preferred.
• Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Job Location: Buick GMC - Canton, OH 44720, Salary Range: $128,326.00 - $233,417.00 Salary, Job Purpose:

• The Finance & Insurance Manager maximizes dealership profitability and guest satisfaction by structuring compliant finance deals, hitting F&I targets, and coaching the sales team on F&I best practices at Ron Marhofer Auto Family, a one-price dealership group in Northeast Ohio.

Qualifications

Required Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Education

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

Required Experience

• Previous experience in automotive finance management with a proven track record of achieving sales/PVR targets and delivering exceptional customer service required.

Preferred Experience

• 2+ years of F&I management experience in a high-volume, one-price or no-haggle automotive dealership environment, with strong lender relationships and compliance history preferred.

Required Skills and Abilities

• Strong knowledge of finance products, state regulations, and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
