Job summary

Auto Services Unlimited, Inc. seeks a Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to lead the dealership’s financing and insurance programs for both new and used vehicles. You will work with lenders to secure fair rates, manage reports, and present warranty and related offerings to buyers.

The role requires overseeing a team, maintaining profitability, and delivering high customer satisfaction while upholding ethical standards in all transactions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in an automotive dealership as an F&I manager.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel and Word) and email communication.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dealership customer loan origination and approval process.
• Establish and maintain strong relations with our lenders.
• Maintain accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Determine the customer’s need for financing and explore payment options.
• Present warranties, credit insurance, GAP insurance and other products.
• Secure and finalize transactions in an ethical and productive manner.
• Meet monthly forecast for finance and insurance income, penetration levels and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare federal, state, and dealer paperwork and submit to Accounting in a timely manner.
