Job summary

Auto Services Unlimited is seeking a Finance and Insurance Manager for the Kia of Riverdale dealership in Riverdale, NJ. This role focuses on selling financing and insurance programs to new and used car buyers, coordinating with lenders to secure favorable rates, and maintaining high customer satisfaction throughout the purchase experience.

The ideal candidate has prior F&I experience in an automotive setting, and proficiency with Office applications.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive dealership F&I experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loan origination and approval process for customers.
• Maintain strong relations with lenders.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and year-end reports.
• Assess financing needs and present payment options to customers.
• Present warranties, GAP and credit insurance products.
• Ensure compliant and ethical transactions with productive efficiency.
• Meet monthly financing income and customer satisfaction targets.
• Prepare necessary paperwork for compliance and accounting.
