Hyundai Capital America, headquartered in the United States, seeks a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance products to drive district-level strategy, develop dealer relationships, and expand vehicle protection offerings. You will lead sales initiatives, train dealer staff, and ensure alignment with the company’s insurance portfolio.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and delivering growth across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, business development, dealer relations, automotive finance, insurance, or related field.
• Experience with automotive dealerships, F&I operations, vehicle protection products, or captive finance/automotive financial services is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of sales strategy, account management, territory management, and consultative selling practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue for Hyundai Capital Insurance products.
• Build and manage dealer relationships as primary sales contact and trusted advisor for assigned dealerships.
• Provide training, consultative sales support, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and dealer trends to identify growth opportunities and action plans.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and strengthen dealer and customer experience.
