Job summary

Hyundai Capital America in Irvine, California seeks a District Sales Manager for Kia Insurance to develop and expand district-level sales initiatives for Hyundai Capital Insurance products, partnering with dealers to increase penetration. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in sales, account management, dealer relations, automotive finance, or related field
• Including demonstrated experience developing sales plans, managing territories, and achieving growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or Sales or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute district-level sales strategies to increase dealer adoption and revenue.
• Build and manage strong dealer relationships as the primary sales contact.
• Provide consultative sales support, training, and product education to dealer principals and F&I teams.
• Analyze district performance and dealer results to identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve F&I challenges and ensure program compliance.
