Job summary

SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment is seeking enthusiastic Ambassadors to deliver high-level guest service and create memorable experiences for park guests in Orlando, Florida. Ambassadors will play a vital role in ensuring guests enjoy their time while receiving training and supervision.

This position offers numerous perks, from free park admission to discounts on food and merchandise. Successful candidates will have strong communication skills and be able to lift heavy objects, in addition to completing required food safety training.

Qualifications

• Experience or equivalent education in a related field.
• Must pass ServSafe exam prior to starting.
• Must pass Alcohol training upon selection.

Responsibilities

• Provide and lead team to deliver superior guest service.
• Supervise and train ambassadors.
• Monitor stations to assure food looks pleasing and is portioned correctly.
• Ensure excellent guest service by responding to guest requirements.

Skills

Strong written/verbal communication skills

Able to handle multiple tasks

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Able to frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds

Able to stand for prolonged periods

Ability to work indoors and outdoors

Education

One to three months of related experience or equivalent education

Valid Food Handlers card
